CUSTOMER CARE      Stoneprints is part of an LLC  business in Nevada. Only Nevada residents will pay sales tax. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically. Return policy requires an authorization per email to pamela@stoneprintsjewelry.com. Necklaces can be altered for an additional charge. Customer satisfaction is a priority and refunds and exchanges can be arranged on a case by case basis. Stoneprints logos and designs are copyrighted and certified as one of a kind artistry by Pamela Brown.

Returns

We will be glad to issue you a refund (less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee) for any item that you are not happy with. To receive a refund, you MUST email pamela@stoneprintsjewelry.com  within 7 days of the shipping date to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Return Address. Once you receive a (RA), you MUST return the item in its original unused condition (including attached tags) with the Return Authorization clearly marked on the package and a copy of the invoice.

Note: NO returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Any jewelry returned damaged will not be accepted. We recommend using the original packing materials and insuring the item. If, however, an item is damaged in route to you, please notify us immediately and we will arrange to have the damaged item picked up and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
